1. ZIEA Registration Requirement
Before registering, ensure you are a ZIEA-registered estate agent. You will need to:
- Provide your ZIEA Membership Number for verification.
- Upload a copy of your ZIEA certificate.
If you are not yet registered, visit ZIEA’s official website to apply.
2. Selecting Your Membership Plan
We offer different membership plans to suit individual agents and agencies.
- FREE TRIAL (180 days)
- PLUS (monthly subscription)

3. Adding Contact Information
Once you’ve selected a plan, complete your profile on the my account page with the following details:

✔ Website & Social Media Links (optional, but recommended for better visibility)
4. Uploading Your Logo and Profile Image
Make your profile stand out by adding:
✔ A high-quality profile photo (for individual agents) or agency logo.
✔ A banner image representing your brand.
5. Creating Your First Property Listings
Once your profile is complete, you can start create a listing:
- Upload high-quality images (minimum 5 per listing).
- Add a detailed property description, including price, location, and features.
- Provide contact details so potential buyers or tenants can reach you directly.
6. Verifying Your Profile
Before your listings go live, our team will:
- Verify your ZIEA registration and membership details.
- Check your profile for completeness and branding consistency.
- Approve your first listing so you can start receiving inquiries.
7. Managing Your Listings & Leads
As a registered agent, you’ll have access to:
- A personalized dashboard to manage listings.
